Marina’s advisory services typically involve structuring advice, due diligence and legal drafting, and refinancing and debt and equity issues.

Marina is a market leader in the area of taxation issues relating to technology, intellectual property and other intangible assets.   She applies her experience in technology and specialist knowledge of intellectual property law, to assist clients to correctly apply the taxation laws to these assets.

Marina also provides tax risk management services, manages ATO and Revenue Office reviews and audits, and represents clients in tax and stamp duty related appeals in both the Tribunals and the Courts. Marina has represented clients in the Federal Court, the Supreme Court and State Tribunals in both income tax and stamp duty disputes.
