Juliet O’Brien
Juliet commenced with the firm as a Practice Support Lawyer in the firm’s Legal Excellence & Risk team. In 2013, Juliet moved into the Private Clients team as a Lawyer and last year she was promoted to Senior Associate.
Juliet has over 20 years’ experience across commercial litigation, corporate law and estate planning, specialising in wills, estates and succession planning. Juliet is a trusted advisor to many of our private clients and referrers.

One of my earliest Hall & Wilcox memories is…
My interview with [General Counsel] Mike Brookes, which went really well, then a second interview with [Partner] Emma Woolley and [COO] Sumith Perera. I had had 10 years away from the legal profession. I had to buy a suit for the interview. I got the job and then had to work out how to manage working and four children under 10. It was tough at the beginning but so enjoyable and the people at Hall & Wilcox made the transition back to work very easy for me.
A recent great achievement / highlight / result was …
My promotion. I have now been an SA in a previous life as a litigator at another big firm and now an SA in a different practice area many years later.
