Holly is an employment and work health and safety lawyer. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labour and employment law including termination of employment, industrial instrument interpretation, restructuring and redundancy, workplace compliance, advising on the employment aspects of transactions, drafting employment contracts and policies and assisting on matters in the Fair Work Commission and courts. Holly also has a particular interest in equal opportunity and anti-discrimination law.
- Drafting contracts of employment and related employment policies and procedures.
- Advising in relation to the effective management of performance management and disciplinary issues, including in relation to misconduct, bullying and harassment.
- Advising in relation to workplace investigations and conducting workplace investigations.
- Advising in relation to compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), including advice on the National Employment Standards.
- Advising in relation to compliance with modern awards and enterprise agreements, including the interpretation of awards and agreements, assisting employers to undertake payroll audits and the management of underpayment issues.
- Assisting with matters before the Fair Work Commission and the various courts, including the Federal Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia on behalf of employers.
- Advising in relation to work health and safety obligations in connection with various worksites.
- Advising in relation to workplace incidents, including initial incident response and investigations by the safety regulator.
