Practical training for self-insurers and workers’ compensation claims professionals

We are pleased to announce the return of our popular complimentary training series for employers and insurers.

Join us for our A Z of workers’ compensation NSW webinar series, commencing April 2026.

Understanding your responsibilities as a self-insurer can be complex. Our comprehensive free training program is designed to help. Covering every key aspect of workers’ compensation, this series provides practical guidance to support compliance and effective claims management.

Who should undertake this training?

Anyone who has the responsibility for and/or manages workers’ compensation claims. The series is equally valuable for professionals who manage, support, oversee or interact with workers’ compensation claims in any capacity – you do not need to be affiliated with a self-insurer to attend.

What will I learn?

The training will cover all aspects of workers’ compensation claims under the relevant Legislation including incoming amendments, as well as SIRA Guidelines and Standards of Practice.

How is the training delivered?

  • It’s a 16 session program from 29 April 2026 – 28 October 2026
  • Delivered via interactive webinars at lunchtime
  • Includes a live Q&A during and after each session
  • Soft-copy materials available where appropriate

What if I miss a session?

Don’t worry, each session will be recorded and made available to registered participants for 1-2 weeks post webinar so you can catch up. There will be no sessions during the NSW school holidays or around end of financial year.
