Hall & Wilcox advises Blue Connections on its sale to Atturra

Hall & Wilcox has advised the shareholders of Blue Connections on its sale to Cirrus Network Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX-listed entity Atturra.

Blue Connections has been providing IT solutions and managed services since 1997, while Atturra is a leading provider in managed services.

The Hall & Wilcox team was led by Partner James Morvell and Senior Associate Susannah Dobbie and supported by Associate Jayshiv Rewal.
