- Acted for founders and business owners on multi-million-dollar sales of privately held companies across a range of industries, including technology, agribusiness and consumer goods.
- Acted for multinational clients on multi-million dollar cross-border acquisitions and expansion initiatives into Australia and the broader APAC region, particularly across the transport and logistics, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
- Advised executives of a global industrial services provider on complex equity incentive arrangements, including option redemptions and reinvestments linked to private equity transactions.
- Advised the Victorian state government’s investment attraction agency, Invest Victoria, on multiple venture capital investments.
- Seconded to the APAC commercial legal team at Meta in Singapore, supporting regional commercial projects, including advertising commercialisation initiatives, contract updates and credit framework implementation.
- Acted for a Singapore-headquartered data centre developer and operator on its exit from an Indonesian data centre joint venture and concurrent bid to acquire the stake of the exiting majority shareholder, an investment vehicle of a Singapore sovereign wealth fund.
