Our experience with renewable energy projects includes onshore solar and wind projects, hydro power projects, offshore wind projects, BESS and storage solutions and embedded energy networks. 

We also have expertise in the energy regulation space, retail, generation, transmission and distribution and advising in relation to licensing and regulatory approvals (and exemptions) applicable to energy participants under both national and local energy laws and regulations.

We provide end-to-end expertise in renewable energy projects, from project structure and market entry to project approval and tenure, and project delivery and financing. 

We regularly advise on foreign investments into Australia, including Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), and more broadly on the acquisition and divestment of energy, renewable energy and infrastructure projects, corporate structuring and bankability.
