• Advising the lenders on the portfolio project financing of two Lightsource bp greenfield solar farm projects in Australia: the 214MW Woolooga Solar Farm in Queensland, Australia, and the 107MW West Wyalong Solar Farm in New South Wales, Australia.
• Advising Amp Power Australia on the acquisition, project development and financing of the Hillston Solar Farm to be located 3.5 kilometres from Hillston in the Riverina region of South-Western New South Wales, Australia.
• Advising the lenders on the project financing of two Lightsource bp greenfield solar farm projects in Australia: the 400MW Wellington North Solar Farm in Queensland, Australia, and the 90MW Wunghnu Solar Farm in New South Wales, Australia.
• Advising FRV in relation to the 125 MW Lilyvale Solar Farm (the first project-financed solar project to be financed utilising a Queensland government offtake) in Queensland, the 106MW Winton Solar Farm in Victoria, the 84MW Goonumbla Solar Farm in New South Wales and the 90MW Sebastopol Solar Farm in NSW.
• Advising senior lenders on the project financing of the 200MW Wellington Solar Farm in New South Wales, the first solar farm to install bifacial solar panels at scale in Australia.
• Advising Neoen in relation to the development and financing of the Bulgana Green Power Hub, comprising a 194MW wind farm and a 20MW battery storage facility, near Stawell in Victoria. This project was awarded ‘Asia-Pacific Storage Deal of the Year 2018’ by IJ Global.
• Advising Neoen on the development of the 200MW/400MWh Western Downs Battery project in Queensland, the development of the 100MW Capital Battery project in the ACT, the development and financing of Stage 1 of the Hornsdale Wind Farm in South Australia, and in relation to the Dubbo Solar Farm.
• Advising Nexif Energy on the development and financing of stage 1 of the Lincoln Gap Wind Farm, a hybrid wind farm and 10MW energy storage system in South Australia.
• Advising Impact Investment Group on various operation and maintenance agreements.
• Advising GE Energy Financial Services Inc and Continental Wind Partners in relation to the 270 MW Boco Rock Wind Farm in New South Wales. This project was awarded the 'Asia Pacific: Wind Deal of the Year 2013' by Project Finance International in April 2014.
• Advising ANZ on the financing and development of the 107MW Taralga Wind Farm in New South Wales.
• Acting for Energy Development Corporation in relation to the US$315 million ECA-backed financing and development of the 150MW Burgos Wind Farm in the Philippines and associated project agreements. This project was awarded 'Asia-Pacific Renewables Deal of the Year' by Project Finance International.
• Advising Energy Development Corporation on the development of various hydro and solar projects in the Philippines.
• Advising Atmos Renewables on the Cherry Tree Wind Farm Asset Management arrangements.

• Advising Upper Hunter Hydro on the sale of the Glenbawn and Glennies Creek pumped-hydro projects in NSW.
• Advising FRV on the sale of 49 per cent of FRV Australia to Canadian pension fund OMERS Infrastructure. The sale includes 637 MWDC of six operational and under construction solar PV assets and a development pipeline comprising of approximately 2.7GWDC of solar PV projects and approximately 1.3GWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems Assets.
• Advising Elliott Green Power on the acquisition and development of the Nevertire Solar Farm in New South Wales.
• Advising John Laing in its acquisition of a majority interest in the Sunraysia Solar Farm, awarded Project Finance International’s Solar Deal of the Year (2018) for the Asia-Pacific region.
• Advising confidential clients on renewable power acquisitions, including the due diligence and development aspects.

• Acting for the First Gen Corporation in relation to the development of a 97MW gas-fired peaking power station in Batangas, Philippines.
• Acting for Wambo Power Ventures (a joint venture between ERM Power and Babcock & Brown) in relation to the development of a 600MW gas-fired peaking power station in Uranquinty, New South Wales, including the preparation and negotiation of the Siemens ‘power island’ supply contract, AREVA T&D transformer supply contract and ‘balance of plant and power island erection’ contract and interface arrangements between the various contractors.
• Acting for ERM Power and Babcock & Brown in relation to the development of a 300MW gas-fired peaking power station in Neerabup, Western Australia.
• Acting for ERM Power and Arrow Energy in relation to the 450MW Stage 2 development and financing of the Braemar gas-fired power station in Queensland, including the preparation and negotiation of the ‘power island’ supply contract and ‘balance of plant and power island erection’ contract and interface arrangements between the various contractors, and the negotiation of the connection and access arrangements.
• Acting for ERM Power in relation to the proposed development of a 550MW gas-fired peaking power station in Wellington, New South Wales including the negotiation of the ‘turnkey’ engineering, procurement and construction documentation for the power station.
• Acting for MMG Australia Limited regarding the connection and access arrangements for connecting the Dugald River mining project to the proposed CopperString transmission network. This involved the proposed development of a transmission line to connect Mount Isa and the North West Queensland Mining Province to the National Electricity Market in Townsville, Queensland.
• Representating Genesis Energy in relation a MOU in relation to a natural gas storage facility in New Zealand.

• Acting for Built and the Obayashi Corporation (the Built-Obayashi Joint Venture) on the Design & Construction Contract for the AU$1.4 billion Atlassian Australian Headquarters in Central Sydney.
• Acting for the Western Australian Government in respect of the procurement and preparation of project documentation for the WA High Capacity Signalling Project.
• Acting for the Suburban Rail Loop Authority in relation to procurement strategies and the preparation of project documentation in relation to various packages of the $35 billion Suburban Rail Loop Project in Victoria, including the Line-wide package, the tunnelling package and power procurement.
• Acting for Downer in relation to ithe Queensland Train Manufacturing Program to supply new rolling stock, a manufacturing facility, a maintenance facility and associated maintenance services in Queensland.
• Acting for the Melbourne Metro Rail Authority in relation to procurement strategies and the preparation of project documentation in relation to various packages of the $11 billion Metro Tunnel Project in Victoria, including the Rail Systems Alliance, the Rail Infrastructure Alliance and power procurement.
