Jennifer works predominantly across the transport, financial services, renewable energy, infrastructure and government sectors, advising on all aspects of land access, land ownership and property management.

- Supports Sydney Airport on its complex property management and leasing needs across the Airport, including negotiations with major airlines and freight operators and assisting with the implementation of development projects within the terminals.
- Acts for a number of renewable energy developers in relation to land acquisition and development projects for wind farms, solar and BESS projects.
- Acts for NSW government transport agencies on a wide variety of matters relating to access to the road and rail corridors, development adjoining or affecting road and rail landholdings or leasing or licensing rights over road or rail landholdings.
- Notably, acted for Transport Asset Manager (TAM) in relation to its interfaces with the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal
- to ensure that critical access to the rail corridor was maintained throughout the construction of the intermodal terminal’s access to the Southern Sydney Freight Corridor.
- subsequently, to divest part of TAM’s land to a Commonwealth-owned entity to facilitate a major road realignment of Moorebank Avenue. Both matters have involved complex stakeholder management, including navigating the drivers for the relevant state and Commonwealth interests.
- Advises a number of property industry participants on matters relating to the management of their diverse property portfolios, including Kingsmede and Vision Super .
- Advises a global management consulting firm on its tenant leasing requirements nationally, including a complex agreement for lease for an integrated fit out in a new building in Melbourne and the renewal of its leasing arrangements in Sydney.
- Advises various NSW government agencies in relation to a broad range of matters involving their real estate assets, including RFPs and EOIs, acquisitions and disposals, MOUs and works deeds.
