Kirralee approaches matters with confidence, an open mind and ability to reach timely resolutions. She appears regularly in the Northern Territory Local Court, Work Health Court and Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as mediating at NT Worksafe.

Kirralee is a Darwin local and an active member of the community, with a history of involvement with as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Banks Hockey Club. She currently serves as a volunteer with Top End Women’s Legal Service, and a member of the Pathways Advisory Committee for Hockey NT

Experience

  • Provides advice to numerous employers and insurers (includng self-insurers) in the Northern Territory with respect to obligations and liabilty under the Return to Work Act (NT), including but not limited to statutory complaince, liability and recovery.
  • Advising and representing various clients in relation to civil disputes in the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Local Court.
  • Advising various clients in relation to employment disputes, including representation in the Fair Work Commission.
  • Advising and representing the Northern Territory Government / NT Police in relation to common law claims
  • Advising and representing clients in relation to compulsory third party insurance in the Northern Territory.
