Katherine specialises in personal injury law and insurance litigation, working with insurers on defending compulsory third party claims.

She has appeared in the District and Supreme Courts of NSW as well as at the Personal Injury Commission.

Katherine advises CTP insurers on a wide range of quantum and liability issues.

Katherine is proactive in her management of matters and focuses on achieving quality outcomes for her clients.

Katherine enjoys pro bono work and has a passion for protecting the most vulnerable members of society.

Experience

  • Advising on a wide range of liability and quantum issues in compulsory third party insurance claims.
  • Advising on judicial review proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW.
  • Conducting settlement conferences and instructing Counsel at hearings, mediations and claims assessment conferences.
  • Regularly conducting continuing professional development sessions for Hall & Wilcox’s compulsory third party insurance team.
