Tom O'Grady
Admitted to practice in 2015, Tom has represented clients including WorkSafe Victoria, the Transport Accident Commission, and injured workers and claimants in all aspects of personal injury law, claims made pursuant to the Wrongs Act 1958, and statutory recoveries of no-fault compensation from negligent third parties.
Tom’s practice focusses on managing a broad portfolio of matters and disputes on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria, its Authorised Agents, employers, and authorised self-insurers in relation to statutory 'no-fault' benefits and common law damages claims. Tom is experienced in representing his clients in all Courts and Tribunals in Victoria, both issued out of Melbourne, and out of country circuit Courts.
