Sophie specialises in CTP helping insurers resolve claims involving complex liability and quantum issues.
Sophie provides a level of service where the client knows that she can be relied on to give considered, competent advice on the law and proactive strategies to progress a matter to resolution efficiently.
Sophie previously commenced her litigation career at Stacks in Plaintiff work where she acted in matters that varied from public liability to medical negligence.
Sophie’s interest has always been in CTP work as she appreciates the complexities involved in Defendant work and the degree of investigative work which is required.
Sophie has also worked for the Aboriginal Legal Services in the crime division. She found this role very fulfilling and developed a deep appreciation for the injustices Aboriginal people face in the criminal law jurisdiction.
