Sarah is an insurance lititagor with 15 years experience, specialising in workers’ compensation and public liability claims.
Sarah has extensive experience in insurance matters, particularly in relation to workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Sarah has represented insurers, self-insurers and employers in WorkCover WA, District and Supreme Courts.
Sarah is well regarded for her ability to provide timely and strategic advice on all types of matters, including complex common law claims and has a very good understanding of the needs of the insurer and employer clients.

- Advising on workers’ compensaton matters involving statutory and common law liability including the client’s ongoing exposure under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act and the Occupiers Liabilty Act.
