Renelyn has a solid foundation across a range of personal injuries matters in Queensland and New South Wales.

Her past experience has included acting on behalf of plaintiffs in workers’ compensation claims, public liability claims and compulsory third party claims giving her great insights into the plaintiff experience in the claims process.

Currently focused on the defence of damages claims against employers pursuant to the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld), Renelyn has skills and expertise in liability and quantum assessment, collation of evidence and making recommendations on claims management.

Renelyn has a special interest in dispute resolution, having completed postgraduate studies focused on assisting clients in resolving disputes either formally through the court during litigation or informally by participating in alternative dispute resolution.

Renelyn’s commitment goes beyond client work as an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program, including volunteering for Bayside Community Legal Service, LawRight and Queensland Advocacy for Inclusion; and community initiatives, including the Australian Business and Community Network
