Patricia practices in statutory insurance specialising in workers compensation. She advises insurers on liability issues and management of claims, involving both physical and psychological injuries.
Patricia manages a high-volume practice working for key clients. Patricia has experience advising and representing self-insurers, NSW workers compensation managed fund scheme agents, treasury managed fund agents and the Workers Compensation Nominal Insurer (icare).
Patricia has also performed a two-year part time secondment as a consultant in the self-insured workers compensation team of a major Australian company.
