Natalie represents Worksafe Victoria, its agents and employers in workers’ compensation matters across common law and statutory benefits. She has extensive experience across a number of areas of insurance litigation, having previously represented national insurers in personal injury, property damage, product liability, medical negligence and professional indemnity matters in complex multi-defendant and sensitive matters.
Natalie is focused on engaging with employers at the outset of a matter to enable her to provide timely and accurate advice to WorkSafe Victoria.
Experience
- Advising WorkSafe Victoria in relation to common law and statutory benefit matters with a particular interest in common law psychiatric injury claims;
- Conducting serious injury applications, damages trials and statutory benefits litigation including Medical Panel referrals;
- Conducting litigation in accordance with the Victorian Model Litigant Guidelines.
