Michael Dent

Michael is an experienced insurance litigator who helps insurers resolve CTP claims involving complex issues including liability issues, multi-defendant issues and detailed quantum assessments as well as relatives' claims.

He's experienced working across many jurisdictions, including the Claims Assessment and Resolution Service, District and Supreme Courts and the Court of Appeal.

Michael works closely with experienced insurance partners and has honed his skills in critically reviewing complex claims to develop strategies that result in early resolution, wherever possible.

Michael works with insurers providing CTP insurance to NSW motorists.
