Melissa is experienced in providing advice and representation to public sector and private sector clients in relation to all areas of employment law.

Melissa's style is practical, proactive and approachable. She understands the importance of timeliness and how to provide succinct yet accurate advice tailored to the needs of her client. Melissa is also strategic and raises bigger picture issues as appropriate.

Having undertaken secondments to a government department, public hospital and statutory authority, Melissa has a strong understanding of the unique and complex challenges which arise in the public sector.

Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox, Melissa was a Senior Solicitor in the Workplace Relations and Occupational Safety Branch at the Victorian Government Solicitor's Office.
