Experience
- Acting in general liability, professional indemnity and building defect claims in all Victorian jurisdictions and AFCA, including plumbing, commercial construction, cladding and domestic building works.
- Acting in large multiparty building and construction disputes in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
- Advising insurers on a range of consumer, ISR, farming, business and professional indemnity policies.
- Advising insurers and property owners in relation to policy coverage and recovery arising from defective building work.
