- Advising BlueScope in relation to the equipment supply arrangement for its metal coating line (MCL7) expansion project at Port Kembla.
- Advising AusNet Services in relation to the development, ownership and operation of electricity transmission connection assets for numerous Victorian wind and solar farms in various stages of development including the drafting and negotiation downstream installation works contracts.
- Advising BlueScope Steel in relation to the renegotiation of its long term supply of recycled industrial water from Sydney Water for its operations at Port Kembla and its in its negotiated extension and amendment of its Supply Agreement with Coregas Pty Limited for industrial gases for its Port Kembla operations.
- Advising Jemena in relation to the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure for the increase in electrical supply capacity to the Melbourne Airport and its associated embedded electricity network.
- Advising BlueScope in relation to the negotiation of supply and supply and installation contracts for the with its international OEM suppliers for BAU equipment upgrade at their Port Kembla and Western Port steel production and processing facilities.
- Advising Enzen Australia as the EPC Contractor for the 40MW Mannum Solar Farm in South Australia.
- Advising Pacific Blue (formerly Pacific Hydro) in relation to its small-scale battery project in Mornington, Victoria including negotiating BESS supply agreements and preparing installation contracts for the project.
- Advising AusNet Services in its participation in the consortium to deliver a 30MW Battery Energy Storage System at Ballarat under the Victorian Government’s Energy Storage Initiative in which AusNet Services will own the battery system when constructed.
- Advising APA in relation to the development of a 60km gas transmission pipeline from Crib Point to Pakenham in Victoria including the preparation and negotiation of a project development agreement and gas transportation agreement with the foundation shipper and the preparation of downstream construction and supply contracts.
- Advising Norfolk Island Regional Council in relation to its airport runway upgrade and resurfacing project.
- Advising Evolve Housing in relation to its bid for the Victorian Government’s GLM2 Social Housing Project and its participation in the Victorian Government’s Community Housing Placement Project.
- Advising Pariter in relation to its acquisition and development of a seniors living and luxury retirement village at the Chatswood golf club in New South Wales.
- Advising Haven in relation to the delivery of numerous social housing projects under the Victorian Government’s regional and rapid grants round.
- Advising a substantial community housing provider in NSW to advise on a PPP project known as the Social and Affordable Housing Fund Stage 1. The project was aimed at the creation of 3,000 new dwellings in NSW with 70% of those dwellings being for social housing
- Advising Altogether Group in relation to the development of a private recycled water network at Box Hill, New South Wales.
- Advising GFG Alliance and BlueScope Steel in relation to the negotiation of gas supply and gas transportation agreements with various gas sellers and pipeline operators.
- Advising Altogether Group (previously Flow Systems) in relation to a suite of standard form embedded energy network agreements for an EEN owner and operator including project development agreements for the establishment and operation of EENs and energy supply agreements for both small and large customers. Advising in relation to regulatory obligations under NEL, NERL and jurisdictional energy regulations.
