Experience
- Acting on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions including providing strategic advice, due diligence support and preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
- Advising a wide range of clients on corporate governance issues relating to director duties, shareholder rights, conduct of meetings, preparation of board induction packs, and conducting corporate governance reviews and investigations.
- Assisting a range of NFPs and charities on governance and structuring matters, including preparing constituent documents for new subsidiaries, preparation and submission of charitable applications and liasing with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission.
- Providing legal counsel and commercial legal advisory services to a range of businesses.
- Advising businesses on protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights.
- Management of trade mark portfolios and brand protection strategies for businesses including trade mark registrability and infringement issues, intellectual property protection and enforcement matters, licensing and commercialisation strategies.
