Maddison is an Senior Associate in Statutory Insurance Victoria team in Melbourne.
Maddison acts for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). Maddison has in-depth knowledge of the Transport Accident Act 1956 (Vic), the TAC Protocols and common law principles relevant to indemnity, liability and quantum. Maddison’s practice is comprised of serious injury litigation and common law matters. Maddison provides strategic advice, manages complex and sensitive litigation and is an advocate for the proper delivery of compensation under the TAC scheme.
Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox, Maddison worked in a number of roles at the TAC.
Maddison has knowledge of and conducts litigation in accordance with the Victorian Model Litigant Guidelines.
