
Kristen Westcott is an experienced personal injuries litigator with a strong focus on defending government departments and statutory bodies, public and private insurers, and insured organisations and individuals.
Kristen has interests in public liability, roads litigation, the education sector, and workplace cases, across a variety of injury scenarios such as slips and trips, road accidents, bullying and harassment, silicosis, abuse cases, and defective machinery.
Kristen joined Hall & Wilcox in 2022. Her prior experience was in private practice, an in-house position managing litigation for a statutory authority, and valuable experience as a Judge’s Associate.

- Master of Laws from Monash University;
- Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
