- Acting for insurers and private clients in defence of claims brought under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld) and Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 (Qld).
- Providing indemnity advice to insurers over a range of general liability policies.
- Providing strategic advice on claims management and attending conferences and mediations on behalf of clients to achieve timely resolutions.
