Juliet works across all aspects of estate and succession planning and has particular expertise in Wills, testamentary trusts, trust law and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Juliet has worked with a broad range of clients, all seeking thoughtful and tailored estate planning advice. From those with young families, senior executives, some of Australia’s largest high‑net‑worth families, business owners and people transitioning into retirement.
Many of her clients are navigating sensitive or high‑stakes personal circumstances, and Juliet is known for her warm, empathetic and steady approach.
She has a particular interest in supporting women with their succession planning, offering tailored guidance for clients who want to take a more active role in their long‑term legal and financial decision‑making. Her developing market presence in this area is strengthened by her podcast work and increasing engagement from key referral partners. This sits alongside her broader practice advising individuals, couples and families across all stages of life.
Juliet also has experience working with vulnerable beneficiaries, whether as a result of a disability or some other form of vulnerability, particularly in relation to the establishment of special disability trusts.
