Jack is a commercial litigation lawyer with a particular focus on contractual disputes, regulatory investigations and government litigation.
Jack has acted for multiple public sector and corporate clients in high profile litigation and investigations, including in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Victorian Supreme Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Australia. He has also advised and acted for a range of clients subject to investigation and examination by ASIC, Royal Commissions and Inquiries.
Where appropriate, Jack works closely with clients to achieve practical commercial outcomes through alternative dispute resolution.
