Experience
- Obtaining verdicts for the defendant in personal injury matters where liability was disputed.
- Managing a number of claims through the Claims Assessment and Resolution Service process and District Court.
- Sensitively managing claims in the District Court in which it has been alleged that children have sustained psychiatric injuries in motor vehicle accidents.
- Obtaining success with the Medical Assessment Service in having the claimant’s assessments found to be below the whole personal impairment threshold and in having the claimant’s treatment found to be not causally related to the subject accident and not reasonable and necessary.
