Hannah has over 16 years of wide ranging experience working in the legal profession, practising in all aspects of succession law being estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Over the last couple of years, her focus has been on estate planning and estate administration involving global assets.
Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox she worked with other specialist firms in Queensland, New South Wales and the United Kingdom and with professional trustee companies in Western Australia and the Cayman Islands.
Experience
- Providing advice on all aspects of estate planning (including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship, Advance Health Directives and superannuation nominations).
- Acting in relation to deceased estate administration, including advising executors and beneficiaries of their rights and obligations.
- Advising on estate planning and estate administration matters involving global assets and structures.
- Acting in relation to trust establishment.
- Trust succession, interpretation and ongoing administration, including variations, vesting issues, adding and removing beneficiaries and future control and decision making of trusts.
