Christopher is an experienced insurance litigator. Christopher currently acts for international and domestic insurer clients, self-insured clients, property managers and local councils in personal injury and property damage claims.
Christopher has experience in all levels of New South Wales courts, as well as Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. Christopher’s practice is predominantly multi-party, complex claims.
Christopher also has experience working as a claims handler for domestic insurers with experience managing public liability and professional indemnity claims across all Australian jurisdictions.

- Acting for property and facilities managers for large commercial premises including shopping centres, retail stores, and commercial real estate in defence of personal injury claims.
- Acting for owners of commercial premises including hotels, pubs and clubs, restaurants, sporting grounds and mixed-use premises in defence of personal injury claims.
- Advising domestic and international insurers on complex indemnity disputes, policy interpretation and dual insurance claims.
- Defending 151Z recovery claims.
- Management of a range of public liability claims including construction, motor, business specific and home and contents liability matters.
