Bryanna has nine years of experience in the insurance industry, having previously worked at an insurer. This has given her a unique understanding of the client’s perspective, enabling her to provide pragmatic advice to achieve desired outcomes.
Bryanna is particularly interested in complex claims which require meticulous attention to detail and analysis, such as those involving psychological injuries and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
Bryanna enjoys keeping abreast of legal developments in the insurance sphere as well as engaging in advocacy.
In addition, Bryanna is also involved in pro bono matters involving employment law.
Bryanna currently specialises in worker’s compensation, providing advice to clients across a variety of complex claims.

- conciliation conferences, directions hearings, interlocutory hearings and pre-arbitration conferences at WorkCover WA; and
- pre-trial conferences at the District Court.
- Independently representing insurers and employers at arbitration hearings.
- Instructing solicitor in multiple complex arbitration hearings which have resulted in positive outcomes for clients.
- Instructing solictor in a successful District Court appeal.
- Providing advice to client’s on technical legal issues.
- Providing advice to client’s in relation to the application of the Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1959 (Cth) and Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1961 (WA) on recovery.
