Bonnie is an experienced litigation lawyer.
She has particular expertise in defending personal injury and defamation claims on behalf of domestic and international insurers throughout Australia.
In her date to day role, Bonnie assists the defence of claims against a wide range of insured businesses, including occupiers of commercial premises, hoteliers, commercial cleaners, security companies, construction contractors and recreational facilities. Bonnie has a broad practice and has achieved good results for her clients.
At her previous law firm, Bonnie gained experience in Plaintiff personal injury law, civil litigation, intentional torts and criminal law.

- Acting for head contractors and subcontractors in respect of a range of multi-party, high quantum claims arising from injuries sustained at construction sites arising from breaches of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations, unsafe systems of work, failure to correctly operate machinery including cranes/forklifts, unsafe manual handling procedures, failure to properly supervise workers, falls from heights and tripping hazards.
- Defending radiology clinics throughout NSW in medical negligence claims made by patients.
- Defending claims of Compensation to Relatives in NSW including a claim brought by a widow after his wife suffered fatal head injuries when he fell down an escalator.
- Defending the owner and occupier of a hotel in NSW in relation to a ‘trip and fall’ case up to and including securing judgment at Sydney District Court.
- Acting on behalf of directors of a sporting governing body in relation to defamation proceedings in the ACT.
- Acting on behalf of a swimming pool operator in relation to ‘slip and fall’ case in NSW.
- Acting on behalf of commercial cleaners in numerous ‘trip and fall’ cases throughout NSW and ACT including successfully obtaining contribution from shopping centre occupiers and security companies.
- Acting on behalf of a commercial security company in relation to personal injuries sustained by patrons of a shopping centre and/or injured workers as the result of assaults by armed offenders.
