Ben is an Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team with experience advising clients on complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and restructuring matters. He is trusted by clients and partners to manage high-stakes litigation and strategic advisory work, including matters involving director misconduct, contract disputes, and regulatory enforcement.


With a focus on practical outcomes, Ben collaborates across commercial, property, and taxation teams to deliver integrated solutions for businesses navigating risk, growth, and structural change. He has developed a particular interest in disputes within the energy and infrastructure sectors, areas where legal, commercial, and policy considerations intersect. 


Ben brings a commercial and systems-oriented mindset to his work. He has led initiatives to explore legal technology adoption and AI integration at the firm and is actively involved in strategy, governance, and innovation projects. Outside of client work, he sits on the board of a not-for-profit, and leads its risk subcommittee. He joined Hall & Wilcox as a graduate and has also undertaken secondments at the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service and the Human Rights Law Centre.
