Currently, Ashby advises CTP insurers on catastrophic and major claims, which often involve complex liability, medical, causation and quantum issues.
Ashby proactively manages matters to finalisation and strives to achieve quality outcomes for her clients. She is committed to compliance with regulatory authority requirements and guidelines, and meeting client service standards.
