- Advising on all aspects of estate planning including drafting simple and complex Wills with testamentary discretionary trusts and protective trusts, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian, and superannuation death benefit nominations.
- Advising businesses in relation to succession planning including reviewing and advising on existing trusts, SMSFs, control of entities and preparing related corporate documents.
- Advising clients in relation to the protection of family wealth including establishing entities and preparing related-party loan and security documents.
- Assisting with applications for grants of probate, letters of administration and resealing of foreign grants and the administration of simple and complex estates for both executors and beneficiaries.
- Assisting with family provision claims and contested estate claims.
