New appointment boosts Hall & Wilcox’s planning and environment capabilities
Leading independent business law firm Hall & Wilcox has boosted its planning capabilities with the appointment of specialist planning and environmental partner Meg Lee.
Meg’s appointment will build on the firm’s strong national property and projects and public sector practices and provide further opportunities in both the government sector and for development work.
Meg has more than 20 years’ experience in planning and environmental law, acting for both public and private sector clients across a wide variety of sectors, including residential and retail developments, renewable energy, extractive and waste industries.
She advises clients on environmental and planning approvals for major infrastructure projects and property developments and on environmental risks and liabilities in the context of commercial transactions, including associated Tribunal, Panel and Court hearings.
Hall & Wilcox Managing Partner Tony Macvean said the firm was delighted to welcome Meg.
‘Meg brings a unique combination of skills to our team. Her mix of planning expertise and public sector knowledge further strengthens our national offering to clients,’ he said.
Meg said ‘I am delighted to be joining forces with Rory O’Connor and the Property and Projects team at Hall & Wilcox and look forward to working collaboratively with them to deliver great outcomes for clients.’
