Hall & Wilcox strengthens national employment expertise with new Brisbane partner
Hall & Wilcox has deepened its national Employment and Workplace Relations practice and on-the-ground Brisbane expertise with the appointment of partner Emily Harvey.
Emily is a strategic and commercial employment lawyer with experience across private practice and senior in-house leadership roles, including at leading global firms. She advises organisations across a range of industries, with particular experience in energy and resources, agribusiness and the public sector at both Commonwealth and State levels.
Emily is known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to executives, HR professionals and legal teams. She has significant experience in employment and pay compliance, industrial relations strategy and enterprise bargaining, organisational change and restructuring, and managing reputational risk during sensitive investigations, negotiations and terminations.
