Hall & Wilcox has strengthened its statutory and workers compensation expertise, and added to its growing Newcastle office, with the appointment of partner Rosie Petrolo.

Rosie is a highly experienced and well-regarded practitioner in the NSW workers compensation market, known for her strategic litigation expertise and her ability to deliver commercially focused outcomes for insurer clients.

She has extensive experience managing complex claims involving catastrophic injuries, psychological harm, and multi-party disputes.

'Rosie is a motivated and well-respected practitioner with a proven track record, who will add depth to our current team and open up opportunities for further growth. Her energy, enthusiasm and alignment with our culture and Hallmarks make her a welcome addition to the firm,' he said.

Rosie said, 'I'm thrilled to join Hall & Wilcox and contribute to the firm’s outstanding workers compensation offering. The opportunity to work alongside a talented team and support our insurer clients with strategic, commercially focused solutions – particularly in the Newcastle market – is incredibly exciting.
