Hall & Wilcox continues to grow Commonwealth Government practice
Hall & Wilcox has appointed Zeng He as a partner in Canberra, bolstering the firm’s public law and information law capability. Zeng will establish and lead the firm’s new Commonwealth freedom of information (FOI), information release and privacy practice, further expanding its services to government clients.
Zeng brings extensive experience in the Commonwealth public service and private practice. He has advised government on a wide range of administrative law, litigation and privacy matters, including on regulatory compliance, decision-making processes and privacy frameworks for digital technologies.
