Hall & Wilcox continues growth of Perth commercial practice with new partner appointment
Hall & Wilcox has continued the growth of its Perth commercial practice and national private clients and estates practice with the appointment of new partner McLane Edinger and his team.
McLane is a litigation lawyer, with a particular focus on private client and estate disputes, including contested wills and estates, estate and trust disputes, superannuation disputes, and guardianship and administration and elder disputes. He also has a general commercial disputes and insolvency practice.
Managing Partner Tony Macvean said McLane’s appointment continues the strong growth of the firm’s commercial practice in the WA market.
Tony added that ‘McLane’s appointment also bolsters our market-leading national private clients practice. Estate and trust disputes is a growing part of this practice, and we think that McLane can play a leadership role in this practice nationally.

Joining with McLane are lawyers Casey Bombara, Sophia Aguasa and Daniel Nugawela, and paralegal Alex Crowhurst.

In further additions to the private clients team and expertise, Special Counsel Janene Bon has joined the Perth private clients practice and Special Counsel Laura Hanrahan has joined the Brisbane private clients practice. Both Janene and Laura are experienced wills and estate lawyers with expertise in succession planning, trusts, superannuation, incapacity, estate administration and family and business succession.
