Hall & Wilcox advises on REA Group acquisition

​Leading Australian independent business law firm Hall & Wilcox acted for REA Group Limited in their $15 million acquisition of 1Form Online Pty Ltd, operator of market leading rental application service 1Form.com.

Established in 2006 and with 2.3 million registered tenants, 1Form.com is the leading online tenancy application service in Australia and New Zealand with a comprehensive presence across a broad range of property advertising and real estate agency websites.  Following the acquisition REA Group will continue servicing real estate agency websites through 1Form.com and intends to expand the resource in order to streamline the entire property process making it more efficient and stress free. The Hall & Wilcox team was led by partner Deborah Chew. Deborah was supported by partners Karl Rozenbergs and Ben Hamilton, senior associate James Deady and graduate lawyer Anthony Langford.
