Hall & Wilcox advises Isuzu Australia on its first leasing company established outside Japan
Hall & Wilcox has advised Isuzu Australia on its first-ever finance and leasing company established outside Japan.
The new entity, Isuzu Financial Services Australia (IFSA), is a joint venture between Isuzu Australia Ltd and Tokyo Century Corporation. It is scheduled to begin operations in October 2026.
Through IFSA, Isuzu Australia will cover all aspects of commercial vehicle ownership, providing full operational support throughout a vehicle’s lifecycle and offering maintenance leasing integrated with new vehicle sales.
The Hall & Wilcox team was led by partner Chris Brown, supported by partners Ben Hamilton, Mark Inston, Eugene Chen and Jake Uljans, Special Counsel Angelica Huang, Senior Associate Rebecca Radbone and Associate Jodie Wootton.
