The development will occur in two stages with the refurbishment of the Epping Medical Centre and building a new $250m 360 bed private hospital.
The development follows a similar model that Generation has used successfully on other sites across Melbourne.
The Hall & Wilcox team was led by property and projects partners Natalie Bannister and John O'Kane with significant involvement from the commercial and banking teams, to complete the transaction.
John commented that "we were very pleased to work with Generation on such an important transaction. Generation has again displayed its commercial nous in identifying and progressing a great opportunity to develop an integrated health campus, joining on this occasion with an important player in the sector, Healthe Care. We are proud to have played a role in the transaction having previously assisted Generation with its developments in Casey and Frankston.”
