Leading Australian law firm Hall & Wilcox is pleased to have advised ASX300 listed property group, Arena REIT on its recently announced $70 million capital raising to provide capacity to pursue further social infrastructure property investments.
The Hall & Wilcox team was led by Corporate Partner John Hutchinson with support from lawyers James Fisher and Rebecca Kazzi and law graduate Michael Henderson. The equity raising involves a $60 million Institutional Placement (fully underwritten by Morgan Stanley) and a $10 million Securities Purchase Plan.
