Hall & Wilcox expands construction capability with appointment of new partner

Welcome to our new partner Stefan Fenk. Stefan is an experienced construction lawyer, who predominantly handles construction and projects disputes.

Hall & Wilcox has expanded its construction capability and coverage with the appointment of new partner Stefan Fenk.

Stefan is an experienced construction lawyer. He predominantly handles construction and projects disputes. He also has capability in contract review and negotiation, and provides dispute avoidance advice.

Stefan will be based in Sydney and will be an integral part of the firm’s national team, working with specialists across our property, projects and commercial disputes practices.

Stefan will also play a key role on the firm’s German desk, working with partner Oliver Jankowsky and European Counsel Dr Wolfgang Babeck.

Managing Partner Tony Macvean said Stefan’s experience will be a great asset for the firm.

‘Our property, projects and construction practice is becoming a strength of the firm. With the continued investment by the public and private sector in infrastructure and construction, we are pleased to expand our full service national team. We have capability in each relevant area of law, including real estate, planning and environment, front and back end construction and infrastructure,’ he said.
