- Acting for insurers in a number of litigated disputes involving general liability, professional indemnity and defective building claims in all Victorian jurisdictions.
- Acting for several public sector (government and not-for-profit) clients defending claims involving Freedom of Information requests and compliance, health record and privacy breaches, and discrimination.
- Advising on complex commercial property recoveries and defended matters involving property damage, personal injury and resultant losses.
- Advising on indemnity disputes involving allegations of non-disclosure, policy interpretation, criminal conduct and fraud.
