- Provides advice to numerous employers and insurers (includng self-insurers) in the Northern Territory with respect to obligations and liabilty under the Return to Work Act (NT), including but not limited to statutory complaince, liability and recovery.
- Advising and representing various clients in relation to civil disputes in the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Local Court.
- Advising various clients in relation to employment disputes, including representation in the Fair Work Commission.
- Advising and representing the Northern Territory Government / NT Police in relation to common law claims
- Advising and representing clients in relation to compulsory third party insurance in the Northern Territory.
