
Grant has more than 30 years' experience advising on claims in the areas of personal injury, CTP and general liability. He is retained for our client’s most complex liability, medical, causation and quantum disputes. He is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Grant is the section leader of the Statutory Insurance NSW/ACT team, our largest insurance practice, across two states and three offices. His team acts for well-known insurers and self-insurers in the defence of workers' compensation, work injury damages, motor accident and public liability claims.

- Acting in Supreme Court judicial review proceedings.
- Acting for insurers in claims that involve the potential liability of a range of third parties including employers, third party contractors, manufacturers, landlords, occupiers, road authorities and medical providers.
- Acting for insurers in matters involving complex issues related to policy coverage/indemnity, dual insurance, contribution and apportionment
- Acting for statutory insurance schemes in recovery proceedings against interstate insurers.
- Acting for insurers in catastrophic and major claims involving spinal injury, severe brain injury, severe orthopaedic injury, brachial plexus injury, amputation and complex psychiatric injury.
- Acting for insurers in claims involving fraud and false or misleading representations.
