
Adam’s practice focuses on common law and statutory benefits claims brought pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic) as well as claims brought under the Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic).
Adam acts as a solicitor for WorkSafe Victoria, its agents and employers as well as for the State of Victoria.
Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox, Adam was employed as a plaintiff lawyer in WorkCover, transport accident, Comcare, superannuation, public liability and all types of personal injury claims. Adam is a passionate litigator with an empathetic and collegiate approach to developing positive relationships with all stakeholders. He has the pragmatism, skills and experience to effectively and efficiently guide cases from inception to resolution and beyond.
Experience
- Providing advice and services in relation to common law and statutory benefit matters with a particular interest in judicial review and administrative law.
- Litigating in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts and has experience in out of court settlements and Medical Panel referrals.
- Conducting litigation in accordance with the Victorian Model Litigant Guidelines.
