Victoria Ng

Victoria’s practice focuses on the common law and statutory benefits claims brought pursuant to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic).

Victoria acts for WorkSafe Victoria and its agents and employers. She has over a decade of experience in Melbourne and circuit litigation work in Bendigo, and through this she has developed excellent working relationships with WorkSafe and its agents, and with employers, and plaintiff lawyers. Victoria is an instinctive and decision-focused litigator, and she is adept at managing large numbers of often complex files at the one time. Victoria is well known for her creativity and well respected relationships she has with all stakeholders in the personal injury jurisdiction.

Before joining the firm, Victoria worked at Henry Carus & Associates where she undertook WorkCover, TAC, public liability and some commercial matters.
